All the parcels of Parcello Express can be collected at a time slot selected by the customer itself. Unlike many courier services, when you book a Parcello Express service via our quote engine you can select a time frame when they will come to collect from you.
The collection time is between 10 am and 5:30 pm including weekends. You can select a collection time at your convenience and our driver will get to your doorstep to collect the parcel.
Customers can also provide their office address for collection (in case of official shipping) and our delivery agent will collect it from your office address without any extra charges.
